Zazen

Zazen (zen meditation) is a practice that involves sitting still in silence and being aware of our breathing. Through this simple practice, our minds become clearer and we experience relief from our usual worries and preoccupations. We find ourselves more able to live in the present moment and appreciate our life as it is.

Continued practice of zazen leads us to a deeper realization, in which we experience for ourselves that we are one with the fundamental, joyous energy of being. This is a transformative experience, with great potential to reduce human suffering and enable us to live in joy and freedom.
